In celebration of Earth Day, we’re highlighting

In celebration of Earth Day, we’re highlighting a story of innovation and sustainability at 1077 Great Northern Way.

Thanks to Jamie Moore and the team at KCX Engineering, the building’s rainwater harvesting system has been redesigned and commissioned to reclaim, store, and treat rainwater for landscape irrigation and toilet flushing.

This upgrade not only enhances water efficiency but also supports the evolution of an already net-zero facility, a reflection of our commitment to environmental stewardship and resilient building practices.

Our sincere appreciation goes to Jamie and KCX Engineering for helping bring this project to life.

Meet Ink Pad: The team that does a little bit of everything! From crafting the iconic Vancouver Canucks jerseys to designing costumes for films like Tracker and Yellow Jackets, and even hand-pressing Strathcona Blocks Party tote bags. Their space is sunning, featuring a vibrant rainbow t-shirt display, exotic plants, and a playful mannequin head wall.

We have had the pleasure of collaborating with Ink Pad on numerous projects and always appreciate their positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and bold, creative ideas.
